you can use these numbers (1,3,5,7,9,11,13,15) you can also repeat ts numbers.you will notice that only ias topper gourav agarwal can solve it. ts question was asked in UPSC final exam held in december 2013 in india. pls answer it soon.

If two digits can be filled in one box then, Your answer will be
(9+1)+(7+3)+(5+5)=30

There is no solution because three odd numbers can never give an even number on adding.
