  So the answer is yes, we  can celebrate festivals during pandemic. We can celebrate festivals during pandemic but at home. Now you must be thinking that how will we celebrate festivals during this pamdemic? See, it is not written that festivals can be celebrated only if we go outside our house. It can be celebrated even we stay at home. Example- diwali is coming soon but we can celebrate it by making rangoli, lighting diyas , decorating our house and many more.
