Prize distribution function is one of the most memorable day in our schoolings. Usually it will be put up along with our annual day celebrations. It is a wondrous event which I will be eagerly looking forward every year. During this event, Bharat heavy electricals limited ( BHEL) 's Executive director will be invited as our chief guest and also our management's chairman, and correspondent and BHEL's general manager will be invited as our guests of honour along with our beloved principal. Usually it will be held at the open air auditorium at most probably 5:00 p.m. Every year myself and my family will join this wonderful occasion. During this event, overall general proficiency winners for each standard like the best student in every subject will be honoured. Even i have received many prizes on stage.Even there will be many stalls put up at the entrance for the function. The stage will be enormous and decorative. The winners and participants of the program will be backstage.First of all the Ncc cadets will welcome the VIPS. Then function will start with a prayer followed by prayer song by our school choir. Then a welcome dance and speech. Then would start the prize distribution standard wise. Then some students will introduce the VIPS. Then chief guest address and our principal will deliver the annual report of all the events that took place in the year. Our principal will also discuss about some issues and some promises and new actions for the upcoming year. Always the next day after this function is a holiday for us.I will always remember this impeccable event in my life forever! :)
