√3018+√36+√169....the root is continuing over all digits​

We have to consider the RHS from right to left.

To get the answer from the option, it should be better to take the positive square roots of the numbers.

⇒  Square root of 169 is 13.

⇒  36 added to the square root of 169 means 36 added to 13, which is 49.

⇒  The square root of this 49, i.e., 7, should be added to 3018 to get 3025.

⇒  The square root of 3025 is 55.

Got that 55 is the value of x.

Thus (c) 55 is the answer.
