I assumed that 15.2 square is in the numerator... In case it is in the denominator, then subtract its logarithm...instead of adding that..
we use the principles Log x^a = a Log x
and Log X*Y = Log X + Log Y
Log 10 = 1 log 1/a = - log a
now Log X
= 2 Log 31.21 + 3 Log 0.0123 - Log √0.1 + 2 Log15.2
= 2 (Log 3.121 + log 10) + 3 (log 4.1 + log 3 - Log 1000) - 1/2 (-log 10) + 2 * (Log 1.9 +3 * Log 2)
= 2 (1.4943) + 3 (-1.9100) + 1/2 + 2 (1.1818)
=0.12199
now we do anti log of 0.1299
X = 10^0.1299 = 1.3243
