Good morning everybody,
I Akshita Chaudhary of class 10 (A), I am here before you to deliver a speech on the extremely significant topic, 'Fit India, Happy India'.
As we all know the old and wise adage, ' Health is wealth' keep fitting is the key of happiness. Unfortunately, very few Indians can be called fit. We Indians are a lethargic group of people. We eat oily and fatty food and never care to exercise. An average adult Indian usually suffers from cholestroel and obesity. It is high time that we improved our health and happiness. Our government is also help us. It has initiated the Fit India Movement for general awareness.
We have to follow the ' fitness pledge ' that states:
" I promise to myself that I will devote time for physical activity and sports everyday and I will encourage my family members and neighbors to be physically fit and make India a fit nation".
So, my dear friends please stay fit stay healthy. It is only then that we can build a happy India.
