Let the length of the rectangle be=l

So, breadth is b=l−14

Perimetre= 2(l+b)=2(l+l−14)=180 cm

⟹4l−28=180cm

⟹l=52cm

And, b=52−14=38cm

Hence, Area=l×b=52×38=1976cm
