Question :

\bf{Value\:\:of\:\:\dfrac{32}{3}

Answer :

  • First of all , you should know the rule of knowing the possibility of dividing any number bya particular number. Like, for testing the divisibility of 3 on any number, you should first add all the digits of the given dividend and see if the sum is a multiple of 3. Like , in case of say, 183 add up the digits. 1+8+3= 12. 12 is a multiple of 3. So, 183 is divisible by 3.
  • Now, coming to your problem. Here the dividend is 32. Adding 3+2 you get 5.
  • 5 is not a multiple of 3. So you have to divide 32 to a decimal point.
  • 32/3 = 10.6666 ( don't go for 3×1=3, go for 3×10=30 to get the desired result )
  • So, your answer for 32/3 = 10.66
