After taking out the motor from the car then the motors handle must be rotated with the help of something, mainly here the chemical energy is converted into the mechanical energy which results in the shaft to rotate which results in generation of electricity.

This spinning of the coil results in the magnetic flux development through the coils when the magnetic bars are placed close to the motors. Here since the motor is used to generate AC current, this happens due to induction which results due to the spinning of the coil and generating magnetic field which induces oscillating electromotive force.
