32. The Indian Constitution has made
three organs of the government
body that is legislature, executive,
judiciary. Judiciary is divided into
three levels Supreme Court, High
Court, District Court. A person is
qualified for appointment as a judge
or the chief justice only if he/she is a
citizen of India and if he/she has been
a judge of a High Court for at least 5
years and has been an advocate of a
High Court for at least 10 years and is
a distinguished jurist in the opinion of
the president.
