W (work done by constant force) = F * x = 10 N * .06 m = .6 J

Work done on spring = 1/2 k x^2 = 1/2 * 100 * .06^2 = .18 J

Kinetic energy = .6 - .18 = .42 J

1/2 m v^2 = .42 J

v^2 = .84   and v = .92 m/s
