  • It is a condition where the legs of a person appear to be bent outward just like a bow when the person stands with their ankles touching.
  • It can be caused due to the following reasons:

                  1. Rickets ( due to Vitamin D deficiency)

                  2. Abnormal bone development

                  3. Fluoride poisoning

                  4. Lead poisoning

Knock Knees( also known as Genu Valgum):

  • It is a condition where the knees of a person are touching when the person stands with their ankles touching.
  • It can be caused due to the following reasons:  

                  1. Due to obesity (as there is excessive pressure on the knee joint)
