Explanation:

Lateral inversion

in this phenomenon the mirror change the side of an object which means left become right and right become left you can understand this with an example :write a letter on a paper and put it in the front of a plane mirror you can see that the letters will be inverted

why it happens?

actually mirror don't know what is left and what is right this game is all about light !

its just a joke the reason I's because of how we perceive the mirror image.

Lateral Inversion: In the mirror, the right looks to be on the left and the left appears to be on the right.

Explanation:

  • There is an interchange of the left and right sides in the picture created by a planar mirror. In other words, the object's left side appears to be the image's right side and vice versa. Lateral inversion is the name for this characteristic. (The right-hand looks to be the left.)
  • Plane mirrors produce images that are laterally reversed. For example, an AMBULANCE is written on the other side so that it can be viewed accurately in the rearview mirror of a moving vehicle.
