Chemical formula of the ethanol = C₂H₅OH

1 mole of the Ethanol contains 1 mole of the Oxygen atoms.

Chemical formula of the formic acid = CH₂O₂

From the formula,

1 mole of the Formic acid contains 2 mole of the Oxygen atoms. 

Chemical Formula of the Water = H₂O

From the formula, 

1 mole of the H₂O contains 1 mole of the Oxygen atoms.
