35+20/11

35/1 + 20/11

lcm of 1 and 11 is 11

=[ (11×35)+(20) ] /11

= (385+20)/11

=405/11

=36.8

OR simply

20/11 = 1.8 [ by cancelation]

and 35 + 20/11 = 35+ 1.8 => 36.8
