let the new radius be 2r.

Formula of volume of cylinder= πr^2(h)

so, if radius is doubled,

new volume-

π(2r)^2(h)

=π4r^2(h)

so, it becomes 4πr^2(h)

thus, as the volume increases 4 times, answer is none of these.
