You would need diggers, people to infill the foundations, maybe concrete pourers, then bricks or blocks would have to be delivered in time, stacked up safely, and eventually lifted up the the bricklayers. You’d need people to move & mix cement, and of course riggers to put up the scaffold. And take it down. And a foreman, and someone on Health & Safety.
