35% of the total weight of a desert is sugar. If the desert wighs is 2.25kg weight , then what is the weight of the sugar?

Weigh of desert =2.25kg
% of weight of sugar in desert =35%
Weight of sugar =35% of 2.25kg =35/100 × 225/100 =7.875 kg

Thus,
The desert contain 7.875 kg of sugar...

dessert weight is 2.25kg i.e. 2250g
sugar weight is 2250 x 35/100
=787.5 grams
