Subject: Defective Refrigerator

Sir:

I wish to state that last month on November 25, 2018 I purchased a 200 L refrigerator of LG Brand from your store (Bill no. 340971). At the time of purchase I was told the product was of high quality. I was really very excited about the product.

However, when I used it I found it not up to the mark; it makes lots of noise at times and then it becomes quiet. Quite frequently it becomes off on its own. On many occasions many food items have gone rancid on account of the auto off problem. I feel I have wasted my money by buying this refrigerator. Kindly replace this fridge or have all the faults fixed.

On February 20, 2020 I bought a lg tєlєvíѕíσn to be delivered tσ jαípur.

To my dismay, I have not received the set I ordered for and have ínѕtєαdí gєt α pσσr quαlítч. I am highly disappointed. 

To resolve the problem, I would appreciate it if you could replace the tєlєvíѕíσn with the one originally ordered. Please let me know as soon as possible what action you propose to take.I look forward to hearing from you within the next ten days.
