Answer:

1st step:- cross multiply the given equation then we will get 15x+20=-4+12x then we should take the RHS to LHS then we get 15x-12x+20+4=0 after wards we have to simplify the equation then we will get x= -8

\implies\sf{ \dfrac{3x + 4}{2 - 6x} = \dfrac{ - 2}{5} } \\ \\ \implies\sf{5(3x + 4) = - 2(2 - 6x)} \\ \\ \implies\sf{15x + 20 = - 4 + 12x} \\ \\ \implies\sf{15 x - 12x = - 4 - 20} \\ \\ \implies\sf{3x = - 24} \\ \\ \implies\sf{x = \dfrac{ - 24}{3} } \\ \\ \implies{\boxed{\sf{x = - 8}}} \red \bigstar

So,the value of x is -8..

 \implies \sf{ \dfrac{3x + 4}{2 - 6x} = \dfrac{ - 2}{5} } \\ \\ \implies\sf{ \dfrac{3( - 8) + 4}{2 - 6( - 8)} = \dfrac{ - 2}{5} } \\ \\ \implies\sf{ \dfrac{ - 24 + 4}{2 + 48} = \dfrac{ - 2}{5} } \\ \\ \implies\sf{ \frac{ - 2 \cancel0}{5 \cancel0} = \frac{ - 2}{5} } \\ \\ \implies \sf{ \dfrac{ - 2}{5} = \frac{ - 2}{5} } \\ \\ \therefore \sf \: Hence, \: Verified\:!
