This is an extremely clean and updated unit. All of the bedding appeared fresh and very clean. Towels smelled fresh. This condo is steps above the rest in terms of clean and fresh. The unit is two stories--living/kitchen on first and bedrooms on second. Very family friendly. Very nice size tv in living and both bedrooms also have tvs. The building itself was very quiet and full of mostly owners. It is situated on a quiet part of the beach AND Lake Powell. Owners of this unit are extremely responsive and nice. We will stay here again!
