since dimensions of tank are given as 22X20x16 without any units they are assumed to be in metres

tank capacity =22*20*16 =7040cubic metres =7040 *10^6 cc =7040*10^3 litres

4km/hr =4000 *100/3600=4000/36 =1000/9 cms/sec

area of pipe =3.142*16*16/4 =804.352/4 sq cm

volume pumped per second =804.352/4*1000/9 =89372.44/4 cc= 89.37244/4 litre/second

Time taken to fill the tank =7040000/{89.37244/4] =4*78771.49/ seconds

=4*78771.49/60minutes=4*1312.86min=4*1312.86/60hrshrs=4*21.881hrs=87.52hrs

0.1 hr =6min

for 0.52hr=6 *.52/0.1=3.12/0.1=31.2 mins

0.1 min =6secs for 0.2 mins =12seconds
