There was once a Roman soldier named Elohim. Elohim was a legendary soldier. He defeated many enemies of Rome. He had been a soldier for many years, and he was respected by the people. However, Elohim had a fatal character flaw. He could not stop bragging about his deeds in the battle field.
After some years, he decided to seek elected as the Governor. He was allowed to make a speech to address the people. He started by first showing the scars on his body. People were shocked at the sight of the scars. He then insulted the people and told them that they were able to enjoy liberty due to his gallantry.
The people were shocked by his words. They could not believe that the hero of Rome had insulted them. The people jeered him and he was sent off.
However, Elohim did not learn his lesson. A few weeks later, he was given another chance to give a speech before the people. Elohim insulted them again. This time however, the people requested him to be sent to the guillotine.
The patrons of the city pleaded on his behalf, and he was sent to the gallows for life. He had not learned the lesson that, 'words once spoken can never be recalled '
