Walking is one of the exercise or say simple way to maintain one's health. We have time for running in our lives but if we give or few minutes to walk daily then we might tackle most of the health issues of today.
People now have diabetes, high blood pressure,headches and many more health issues which slow down their productivity and also affect their pockets.
But if we are able to walk everyday and few steps then these problems would surely become less.
Walking does not mean that one has gear up his shoes and go with his/her dog to the park or other places but one can walk while going from home to work or from work to home.
