(g^2-2gh+h^2) can be written as (g-h)^2

and r^2s^2 can be written as (rs)^2

now

( {g - h)}^{2}  -  {(rs)}^{2} is \:  similar  \: to \:  {(a}^{2}  -  {b}^{2} )

it can be factorised as (a-b)(a+b)

that is (g-h+rs)(g-h-rs)

therefore given expression can be factorised as (g-h-rs)(g-h+rs)
