★Given equation,

35x²+x-12=0

First of all,let me say what a quadratic equation is,

•A quadratic polynomial of the form ax²+bx+c, represented by f(x),where f(x)=0 is known as Quadratic Equation

•There are three ways to solve a quadratic equation,

→Splitting the middle term

→Completing the square

→Quadratic Formula

We have,

35x²+x-12=0

On multiplying 35 and 12

We get the factors of their product as 5×7×3×4

Dividing the middle term in accordance with the factors

→35x²+21x-20x-12=0

→7x(5x+3)-4(5x+3)=0

→(5x+3)(7x-4)=0

→x= -3/5 or 4/7

The roots are -3/5 and 4/7

Answer:

a=35,b=1,c=-12

sum=b=1

product=a×c=-12×35=-420

factors=21,-20

35x^2+21x-20x-12

=7x(5x+3)-4(5x+3)

=(7x-4) (5x+3)

now;(7x-4)=0

and(5x+3)=0

value of x will be=4/7 or -3/5
