1.) Alcohol ==> Due to presence of covalent bonds, their molecules are held together by a strong covalent bonds and don't not split while mixed in water and hence they don't give ions.

Due to the absence to ions, alcohols don't conduct electricity.

2.) Oils and some sugars ==> After dissolving in the water, they are not able to give ions, and hence they don't conduct electricity.

3.) Pure water ==> There are very few ions are presence in the pure water and due to the lack of ions, pure water doesn't conduct electricity.
