E=KQ/r²

Q=Er²/K

E=50NC-1 ,K=9×10^9,r= 40cm= 0.4m

putting values
Q= 9×10^9×0.4×0.4/50=2.88×10^8
Q=2.9×10^8C

use formula,
E =KQ/r²

where K =9 x 10^9 Nm²/C²
Q is the charge
and r is the separation between charge and point where electric field calculated

now,
given,
E = 5 N/C
r = 40 cm = 40/100 m = 0.4 m

5 = 9 x 10^9 Q/(0.4)²

5 × 0.4 × 0.4 = 9 × 10^9 Q

0.8/9 × 10^-9 C = Q

Q = 80/9 × 10^-11 C
≈ 9 x 10^-11 C
