First of all it appears as if you have written the wrong question

No worries, it happens

The correct question might be

36x^2 + 23 = 60x

36x^2 - 60x + 23 = 0

Here

x ( unknown ) = ?

a = 36 { constant }

b = -60 { constant }

c = 23 { constant }

So now lets find out zeros of the LHS using quadratic equation formula

So roots to this equation are 1.069 and 0.597

I further simplified it by using 2=1.414
