36{y}^{2}  - 1 \\  \\ rewrite 36 {y}^{2}  \: as \:  { (6y)}^{2}  \\ so \:  {(6y)}^{2}  - 1 \\  {x}^{2}  -  {y}^{2}   \: equal \: to \: (x + y)(x - y) \\  \\ so \: (6y + 1)(6y - 1) \\
