7 people can occupy six  seats

3 seats on each side in a first class railway

2 specified persons are to be always included and occupy adjacent seats on the

        same side,

                 2 already specified so 5 people left and 4 seats left.

       Therefore,     5C2*4!*2!*4=8*5!

  • k has the value equal to 8
