37 trees are planted in a straight line such that distance between any two consecutive trees is same. A car takes 20 seconds to reach the 13th tree. How much more time (in seconds) will it take to reach the last tree?

Since all tress are at equal distance.

For,

13Tree = 20sec( 12 equal distance between 13th tree)

thus for 1 T=20/12 sec or 5/3 sec (DON'T DO 20/13 , SINCE HE COVERED 12 TREES AT EQUAL DISTANCE)

therefore to cover 36 tree it would take

5/3×36= 60 sec

but question says how much more time , as it already covered 13 trees in 20 sec , therefore it would take 40 sec more to cover total trees
