Aluminum is not an insulator.

  • The substances are divided into different categories according to the ability to conduct the electricity.
  • The substances which have extremely poor conductivity of electricity are known as the insulators.
  • The metals are completely opposite than an insulator because they have electricity conductivity.
  • That's why, we cannot consider aluminium as an insulator because, it's an metal and a good conductor of electricity.
