sinθ=1/√2
 ⇒ θ  = 45°
    tan45° = 1
    cot45° = 1
    (tanθ+cotθ)= 2

dikshaverma4you: Hey plzz explain it.... Didn't get it
dikshaverma4you: Sin theta is 1/√2 not 1.... So 45 might not come
AjayShankar7: 45:45:90 = 1:1:√2
AjayShankar7: Therefore sin 45 = 1/√2
AjayShankar7: cos 45 = 1/√2
AjayShankar7: Hence Tan 45 = sin 45/ cos45 = 1
AjayShankar7: Cot 45 = cos 45/ sin 45 = 1
AjayShankar7: So, tan 45 + cot 45 = 1+1 = 2
dikshaverma4you: Ok
dikshaverma4you: Thnx

Given,
sinθ =  \frac{1}{ \sqrt{2} }
∴ θ = 45°

tanθ = tan45°
tanθ = 1

cotθ = cot45°
cotθ = 1

tanθ + cotθ = 1+1
tanθ + cotθ = 2
