Measure each of the two parts.​

Śtep 1 - draw Ray AC making an acute angel with AB.

Śtep 2- starting with A, mark of 5 points C1, C2, C3, C4, C5 at equal distance from the point A.

Śtep 3- Join C5 and B.

Śtep 4- Through C2 (I. e the second point), draw C2 and D parallel to C5 B meeting AB in D.

Then D is required points, which divides AB segment into 2:3 part.
