We are given ,

3a^2 + 2b^2 = 5ab

Therefore ,

3a^2 - 5ab + 2b^2 = 0

3a^2 - 3ab - 2ab + 2b^2 = 0

3a(a - b) - 2a(a - b) = 0

(3a - 2b)(a - b) = 0

Either 3a - 2b = 0

3a = 2b

a/b = 2/3

Therefore ,

a:b = 2:3

Or ,

a - b = 0

a = b

a/b = 1/1
