The roots are - 3 and-7

Sum of the roots -3 + (- 7)

= - 3 - 7

= - 10

Product of the roots -3*-7

= 21

The quadratic equation

= x^2 - (sum of the roots)x + (products of the roots)

= x^2 - (-10)x + 21

= x^2 +10x +21
