To Find: The final velocity of the rocket?
using formula,

Rate of consumption
t = 360/4 = 90 sec.
v = -10×40 + 2×㏒
v = -400 + 2000㏒(2.22)
v = -400 + 2000×0.34
v = -400 + 680
v = 280 m/s = 0.280 km/s
hence the final velocity of rocket will be 0.280 km/s.
