3m +  \frac{1}{2}  =  \frac{3}{8}  + m \\  ⇒ 3m - m =  \frac{3}{8}  -  \frac{1}{2}  \\  ⇒ 2m =  \frac{3 \times 1 - 1 \times 4 }{8}  \\ ⇒ 2m =  \frac{3 - 4}{8}  \\  ⇒2m =  \frac{ - 5}{4}  \\  ⇒ m =   \frac{ - 1}{4}  \times 2 \\  ⇒  m =  \frac{ - 1}{4}
