Answer:

m-n= -1 ; m=1/2 n=3/2

Step-by-step explanation:

15m+25n=45

15m+9n=21

By solving this we get n=3/2

By substituting n in the equation we get m as 1/2

Step-by-step explanation:

3m + 5n =9 ---(1)

5m + 3n=7 ----(2)

multiplying (1) by 5 we get 15m +25n =45 -----(3)

multiplying (2) by 3 we get 15m+ 9n=21 -----(4)

subtracting (3) and (4)

we get 16n = 24

n= 24/16= 3/2

putting value of n in (1) we get 3m + 15/2 =9

3m = 9 -15/2 =3/2

m= 1/2

so m -n = 1/2-3/2 = -1
