According to BODMAS rule, first we have to solve the brackets...

[Note:'of' means multiplication]

So,

=(15+9/3-2*6) [WE NEED TO APPLY BODMAS RULE OVER HERE]

=15+3-12

=18-12

=6

Therefore 3 of 6,

=3 x 6

=18.

Therefore the final answer is 18.
