divide by 3

= p^2 + 7p/3 = - 4/3

= as (a+b) ^2 = a^2 + 2*a*b + b^2

= p^2 + 2*p*7/6 + (7/6) ^2 = -4/3 + (7/6)^2

= (p+7/6) ^2 = -4/3 + 49/36

= (p+7/6) ^2 = 1/36

= (p+7/6) ^2 = √(1/36)
