Hey there!
A correction in your question
3power -2/3×3power 0 × 3power-1

3^ -2/3 * 3^0 * 3^ -1

here there are many exponents to the same Base, so we add the exponents

3^ -2/3 * 3^0 * 3^ -1

3^ -2/3+0 -1

3^ -2/3-3/3

3^ -5/3

If you want further it can written as

Cubeth root of 1/ 3 power 5

 \sqrt[3] {1/3^{5} }  \sqrt[3] {1/243 }

hope helped!
