(3 \sqrt{5 }  - 5 \sqrt{2}) \ ^{2} \\   = apply \: here \: (a - b)^{2}   \\  = (3 \sqrt{5} ) ^{2}  + (5 \sqrt{2})^{2}  - 2 \times 3 \sqrt{5}  \times 5 \sqrt{2}   \\  = 9 \times 5 +25 \times 2 - 30 \sqrt{10}  \\  = 45 + 50 - 30 \sqrt{10}  \\  = 95 - 30 \sqrt{10}  \\  = 65 \sqrt{10}
