(3x+1)/16-(x+3)/8=(3x-1)/14-(2x-3)/7
={(3x+1)-2(x+3)}/16={(3x-1)-2(2x-3)}/14
=3x+1-2x-6/16=3x-1-4x+6/14
=x-5/16=-x+5/14
=x-5/16=5-x/14
=14(x-5)=16(5-x)
=14x-70=80-16x

=14x+16x=80+70
=30x=150
=x=150/30
=x=5
