3x-1/2x-3=3x+4/2x+3
Cross multiply
3x-1(2x+3)=2x-3(3x+4)
6x^2+9x-2x-3=6x^2+8x-9x-12
7x-3=-x-12
7x+x=-12+3
8x=-9
X=-9/8
why we dont cut 9x ? plese urgent

Because in LHS 9X is positive and in RHS 9X is negative sign so we not cut
If both sign are same then we are absolutely cut....... I hope you understand brother
