Answer:

3x-1/3=2(x-1/2)+5

9x-1/3=2x-2/2+5

9x-1/3=2x-2+10/2

9x-1/3=2x+8/2

2(9x-1)=3(2x+8)

18x-2=6x+24

18x-6x=24+2

12x=26

x=13/6 or 2.16
