Answer:

3x²+10x+8

a=3

b=10

c=8

s=b=10

p=a×c=3×8=24

find a number whose sum is 10 and product is 24,and it's 6 and 4

as

6+4=10

6×4=24

so, splitting the term to

3x²+6x+4x+8

split further

(3×x×x+3×2×x)+(2×2×x+2×2×2)

Taking common terms out

3x(x+2)+4(x+2)

=(3x+4)(x+2)

hope it helps
