Answer:

 \frac{3x}{2}  -  \:  \frac{2x}{3 }  = 8

Take LCM of 2 and 3 = 6

in order to make the denominators same we have to multiply the whole fraction of denominator 2 with 3 and whole fraction of denominator 3 with 2.

so ,

 \frac{3x}{2}   \times  \:  \frac{3}{3}  \:  \:  \: and \:  \:  \:  \frac{2x}{3}  \times  \frac{2}{2}

 =  \frac{9x}{6} -  \frac{4x}{6}  = 8

 \frac{5x}{6}  = 8 \\

5x = 8 × 6

x = 48 ÷ 5

x = 9.6
