hey dear friend here's ur answer

3x +  \frac2{3}  = 2x + 1 \\  \\ 3x - 2x = 1 -  \frac{2}{3}  \\  \\ x =  \frac{3 - 2}{3}  \\  \\ x =  \frac{1}{3}

orr you can solve it by :-)

 \frac{3x + 2}{3}  = 2x - 1 \\  \\ 3x + 2 = 3(2x -1) \\  \\ 3x + 2 = 6x - 3 \\  \\ 3x - 6x =  - 3 - 2 \\  \\  - 3x =  - 5 \\so \: minus \: and \: minus \: cancel \\  \\ x =  \frac{5}{3}  \\  \\ hope \: it \: helps \:
